Zenth is a browser new-tab extension. We designed it to run locally and keep your data on your device whenever possible.

Information We Process

Zenth may process the following data:

• Quick notes and custom app shortcuts that you create.
• Your GitHub username if you choose to use the GitHub Snapshot widget.
• Basic extension settings required for features to work.

How Data Is Used

• Stored notes, links, and settings are used only to provide core extension features.
• GitHub username data is used to request public profile details from the GitHub API.

Storage

Zenth stores notes, shortcuts, and feature settings using your browser's local extension storage. We do not run a remote database for this data.

Third-Party Services

If you use GitHub Snapshot, the extension connects to https://api.github.com to fetch publicly available profile information. Searches and shortcut links open third-party websites directly in your browser.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share stored notes or custom shortcuts with third parties.

Your Choices

• You can delete notes and shortcuts at any time from the extension UI.
• You can clear extension data through your browser extension settings.
• You can uninstall the extension at any time.

Children's Privacy

Zenth is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
